Game Developer

Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of game projects, design, and implement core systems and features;

Write high-quality, scalable code to ensure game stability across various platforms;

Collaborate with art, design, and testing teams to optimize game performance and user experience;

Debug and fix code issues to continuously improve game quality;

Develop and optimize game engines and tools based on project needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields;

Proficiency in C++, C#, Unity, Unreal, or other development languages and engines;

Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures;

Team player with good communication and collaboration skills;

Prior experience in game development is preferred.





Game Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans for game products to increase brand awareness;

Conduct market research, analyze competitors and industry trends, and develop differentiated marketing strategies;

Promote games through various channels such as social media, ads, and offline events;

Coordinate internal teams and external partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns;

Analyze marketing data, optimize ad performance, and improve user conversion rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields;

Familiar with game industry trends and successful marketing campaign experience;

Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities;

Proficiency in data analysis to adjust strategies based on market feedback;

Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is preferred.





Game Community Manager

Responsibilities:

Community Building: Build and maintain game communities, including forums, social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Content Management: Regularly publish community announcements, news, event information and player stories to keep the community active.

Player Interaction: Maintain active interaction with players, answer player questions, collect and feedback player opinions and suggestions.

Event Planning: Plan and execute online and offline community activities to enhance players' sense of participation and belonging.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Marketing, Communication, Game Design and other related majors are preferred.

More than 2 years of work experience in the game industry or community management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with players and internal teams.
